canada@portmyluxd.comQualified commercial buyers may submit a purchase inquiry. This includes end buyers, importers, distributors, food manufacturers, government procurement entities, and established trading companies.
MYLUXD is a Canadian commercial intermediary. We introduce qualified buyers to relevant seller channels and coordinate communication and document flow. We do not manufacture, own, warehouse, or independently ship the sugar.
The seller or its authorized representative issues the FCO. The named buyer and seller execute the SPA. MYLUXD supports the parties as an intermediary unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
The seller confirms the minimum order quantity in the transaction-specific FCO; MYLUXD does not publish a fixed MOQ. It can vary by origin, destination, shipment schedule, and available allocation.
The seller defines the required payment instrument in the FCO and SPA. Where an SBLC is required, the final wording, bank acceptability, and verification procedure are agreed by the contracting parties and their banks—not unilaterally by MYLUXD.
Each destination is assessed against the relevant seller's capability, sanctions screening, shipping access, and applicable trade requirements.
There is no universal transaction duration. Timing depends on buyer verification, document readiness, banking confirmation, cargo allocation, inspection, and shipping schedules, and the SPA should state the transaction-specific timeline.
Only written communications from canada@portmyluxd.com and the telephone/WhatsApp number published on this website should be treated as official.
Yes. Qualified end buyers are welcome. Intermediaries must disclose their role and provide a clear mandate or chain of authority where applicable.
No. Pricing is market-sensitive and seller-specific. A valid price is provided by the seller through an official transaction FCO after buyer qualification.
The seller's document set depends on origin, destination, inspection requirements, banking terms, and the executed SPA. MYLUXD helps coordinate the required document flow.
Payment terms are set by the seller and agreed by the named buyer and seller in the SPA. Instrument wording, issuing-bank acceptability, documentary conditions, and any release or draw procedure must be agreed by the contracting parties and verified by their banks.
MYLUXD does not publish or authorize a standard upfront registration, processing, or SBLC activation fee through this website. If a separate MYLUXD service fee is ever proposed, the buyer should require a written agreement and company invoice, verify the legal payee through official channels, and never pay a personal or unexplained third-party account.
The seller confirms the transaction-specific MOQ in the FCO; this website does not set a fixed minimum. The seller reviews origin, destination, shipment program, and current allocation before confirming it.
The SPA establishes the shipment window; MYLUXD does not promise a universal delivery time. Buyer documentation, bank verification, product allocation, inspection, vessel or container availability, port congestion, and destination requirements can all affect timing.
Yes—buyers may require SGS or equivalent inspection when that right is written into the SPA before banking obligations are activated. The parties should identify the inspection company, scope, location, sampling standard, certificate recipient, cost allocation, and how a non-conforming result is handled.
There is no single universal proof-of-product document. The SPA should define the evidence required for that transaction, which may include seller authority, allocation or warehouse evidence, certificate of analysis, inspection documents, packing information, and shipment-stage documents. Buyers should verify evidence with the issuer and their own advisers before permitting any release or draw.
The buyer and seller select the Incoterm in the FCO and SPA. FOB, CFR, and CIF are common discussion points, but each assigns cost, risk, freight, and insurance responsibilities differently. The named port and Incoterms® 2020 rule should be written precisely.
Submit a complete purchase inquiry and upload a signed LOI. Our team will review the information and respond through the official company email.
The FAQ explains MYLUXD’s role and common commercial expectations before a buyer submits documents. It is general guidance; a seller’s FCO and the signed SPA determine the final requirements for any specific opportunity.
If your question concerns current allocation, origin, shipment timing or price, include a complete purchase inquiry. Those details change with the seller, market and destination and cannot be confirmed through general website content.
