Intermediary role
MYLUXD acts as a commercial intermediary that facilitates introductions and coordinates communication and documents. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract, MYLUXD is not the manufacturer, seller, titleholder, warehouse, carrier, inspection provider, bank, or guarantor of a proposed transaction.
No binding offer
Website content, indicative descriptions, and communications before an executed SPA do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of supply, price, origin, timing, or delivery.
Qualified inquiries
Users must provide accurate, authorized, and lawful information. MYLUXD may request verification and may decline incomplete, unverifiable, or non-compliant inquiries.
Commercial documents
The seller or its authorized representative issues the FCO, and the named buyer and seller execute the SPA. Those documents define transaction-specific obligations. In case of conflict, the executed SPA governs.
Acceptable use
Users must not submit malicious files, impersonate another party, misrepresent purchasing authority, or use website content for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
