A documented process buyers can verify
MYLUXD coordinates qualified introductions as an intermediary. We do not claim a completed sugar-shipment history on this website, and we do not ask buyers to rely on marketing claims in place of transaction-specific documents and independent verification.
Information published for verification
The HST tax number is shown separately and is not presented as an incorporation number.
From buyer identity to shipment documents
Buyer identity and LOI
The buyer supplies a signed LOI and identifiable corporate information, destination, quantity, timing, and intended payment instrument.
Seller review and written offer
A suitable seller channel reviews the requirement. The seller or its authorized representative—not MYLUXD—issues any transaction-specific FCO.
Buyer–seller SPA
The named buyer and seller negotiate and sign the SPA. It should state specification, origin, quantity, packing, Incoterm, inspection, documents, banking conditions, shipment timing, and remedies.
Independent verification
The parties verify corporate authority, signatories, banks, document issuers, inspection arrangements, and payment wording through independent channels.
Product evidence and inspection
The SPA defines the proof-of-product evidence and SGS or equivalent inspection rights required before any agreed payment release or instrument draw.
Shipment-stage documents
The seller and appointed providers issue the applicable invoice, packing list, origin, inspection, transport, insurance, and customs documents as the transaction reaches each stage.
Documents a qualified buyer may expect
Buyer LOI
Signed buyer requirement identifying the company, product, quantity, destination, timing, and proposed payment method.
Seller FCO
A transaction-specific commercial offer issued by the seller or its authorized representative after qualification.
SPA / contract
The controlling buyer–seller agreement. Website descriptions do not replace it.
CIS and banking support
Company information and BCL or other evidence may be requested under the seller’s written procedure.
Quality and inspection
Certificate of analysis plus SGS or an equivalent independent inspection certificate where agreed.
Product and shipment evidence
The exact evidence is defined in the SPA and can include allocation, warehouse, packing, origin, inspection, and transport documents.
Verification matters more than appearance
A document bearing a logo is not proof by itself. Buyers should confirm the issuer, reference numbers, authority, bank details, and inspection appointment independently. MYLUXD coordinates document flow but does not replace the buyer’s legal, banking, technical, sanctions, or counterparty due diligence.
