Agree the wording
Buyer, seller and their banks should approve the instrument text before issuance.
MYLUXD does not accept or guarantee the buyer's banking instrument. The seller states its requirements in the FCO and SPA, and the contracting parties and their banks complete verification.
Cash-Backed means the Standby Letter of Credit is fully supported by cash funds—not real estate, assets, or other collateral.
The seller and buyer must ensure that instrument wording, issuing-bank acceptability, transmission method, validity, and drawing conditions match their executed SPA. No instrument should be issued before the contracting parties and their banks approve the agreed text. MYLUXD is a commercial coordinator, not a bank or instrument beneficiary unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
An SBLC is a banking instrument governed by its final text, the signed contract and the participating banks’ acceptance. Terms such as irrevocable, transferable, divisible, unconditional and cash-backed must be defined and approved for the specific transaction.
MYLUXD may coordinate the exchange of commercial information but does not replace legal counsel or the banks’ compliance review. Buyers should never issue an instrument from website wording alone or send funds to an unverified personal account.
Buyer, seller and their banks should approve the instrument text before issuance.
Confirm beneficiary identity, bank coordinates and authorized instructions independently.
Use the signed agreement for timing, document conditions and transaction obligations.
Send MYLUXD your corporate details, destination, quantity, payment instrument, and signed LOI for qualification and seller alignment.
