FROM BUYER INTENT TO SELLER-LED SHIPMENT

Trading process

Our nine-stage framework identifies MYLUXD's coordination role and the separate responsibilities of the buyer, seller, service providers, and banks.

01

LOI

The buyer submits a signed Letter of Intent to MYLUXD stating the required quantity and destination.

02

Buyer Qualification

MYLUXD reviews the buyer's corporate identity, purchasing authority, and commercial readiness.

03

Seller Alignment + FCO

MYLUXD presents the qualified requirement to a relevant seller channel. The seller or its authorized representative issues the transaction-specific FCO.

04

ICPO + CIS + BCL

The buyer returns the commercial and banking documents requested under the seller's procedure.

05

SPA

The named buyer and seller review and execute the Sale and Purchase Agreement. MYLUXD coordinates communication and document flow.

06

Bank-to-Bank Verification

The contracting parties and their banks authenticate the agreed payment instrument under the executed SPA.

07

Commercial Documents

The buyer and seller coordinate transaction documents while MYLUXD supports timely communication between the parties.

08

Seller Cargo Preparation

The seller and its appointed service providers arrange allocation, inspection, packing, and port preparation.

09

Seller-Led Shipment

The seller and logistics providers execute shipment under the SPA while MYLUXD supports commercial coordination.

MYLUXD facilitates the introduction and communication process. Product performance, the FCO, SPA, banking obligations, inspection, and shipment remain the responsibility of the named parties and their appointed providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Who is responsible at each sugar-trade stage?

The nine-step process is a general commercial framework, not a promise that every seller uses identical documents or timing. The seller’s written FCO and the buyer–seller SPA control the sequence for a specific transaction.

MYLUXD coordinates the introduction and communication. The buyer supplies accurate corporate and banking information; the seller issues its offer and commercial documents; the named banks verify the agreed instrument; and appointed providers handle inspection and logistics.

Before the SPA

Buyer qualification, seller review, FCO and negotiation of transaction-specific terms.

After the SPA

Bank-approved instrument wording, bank verification and release of applicable commercial documents.

Toward shipment

Seller-led preparation, contracted inspection and logistics under the signed agreement.
